2. Choose the content route

This selection does not change the initial figure; it records the content decision for the discovery conversation.

3. Select book tools

Choose the fewest tools that serve the learner's moment of need. The summary will make any first-release cap visible.

4. Choose delivery and access

Library authentication and administration require LLI-hosted delivery.

5. Project review conditions

The allowance reflects coordination complexity. It can move selected work into a later phase if the first-release cap is reached.

6. Record live AI credit funding

This does not change the book-build figure. Use your existing LLI credit purchase process to fund live AI activity after acceptance.
